Since 1992 César Nóbrega has been a radio host. Journalism and radio animation cross each other every day. It started on Rádio Central do Vouga, went through Top FM and on Rádio Nova it continues to wake people up for more colorful days. It has recorded advertising for Garmin, Old Spice, Teatro Nacional São João, Hoya, Mercadona, Cáritas, among many others. Also, documentaries and institutional advertising, etc etc…Training is continuous based on communication. He gives voiceover and dubbing classes and workshops. He holds a degree in Journalism from the Escola Superior de Jornalismo do Porto and a postgraduate degree in “Communication, Art and Culture” from the University of Minho.
